Set initial ticket content

I want to set the initial content of the "Create new ticket" form. How do I do this?

   James -

   You can set up default ticket content for a project in the project edit screen. Just go to the overview tab of the project in questin, click on "Edit" and you'll see the default ticket text field about half down. Here's a screenshot:
