How do I set a priority on a LightHouse ticket?
I would like to take my various Lighthouse tickets on my current project and mark them as low, medium, or high priority so that other members of the team (developers, testers) know the priority and can also change the priority themselves if they deem it appropriate. How can I do this? Can others change the priority? (Note: Those others would not be administrators. Some of them are just regular users)
I tried searching the knowledgebase and could not figure out how to do it. I know there is a priority tag, but I don't know how to set it or display it on a ticket.
Thank you,
Bill Kelly

Priority state on tickets is only available for accounts on the Bronze plan or higher. On the Free plan you can priority sort within a milestone.
Let us know if you have any questions.
