Is it possible to add additional input fields to tickets?

Wondering if it's possible to add more than the default four fields to tickets (1 Who's responsible, 2 Milestone, 3 Ticket state, 4 Importance)?

I'd like to add additional input fields for tracking rather than using tags. This would help when exporting sortable data to Excel.

   Hi there,

   Unfortunately, the UI is not configurable at the moment, and since there is limited space, we can't add more fields.
