How do I change a ticket's title
I'd like to change the title of a ticket because of a mistake. How can I do that?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Rob -
At the bottom of a ticket, you will see the "Change Title" link.
We are working on moving it to a more intuitive place in the layout.
