how do i create a new ticket - this seems different than when i used it last about a year ago...

Cheri -
You should be able to select any project at https://afids.lighthouseapp.com/dashboard that you have access to (projects are in the right sidebar). Once inside a project you should see the "Create New Ticket" button at the top of the left sidebar.

Omg - I was either blind yesterday - or something! However, it is on the right side bar on my view... plain as day - not sure how I missed it! Thanks!
