prioritising tickets
How can I add priorities to tickets to have them display the order that I want? Is this available in the evaluation account?

Priority state is available on Bronze plans or higher. It looks like you might have gone ahead and selected the Free plan, but I've changed it to Bronze for the rest of your trial. You can enable the priority state for the account now on your Settings page (click on the Settings & Payments link at top of page).
