How do I move tickets among projects?
I know I can export a csv.
But often we decide to move part of a project to a new lighthouse area. So far I do this manually, closing tix and then typing them back in. Bummer!
Any work arounds for me?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

If you have access to both projects, this knowledge base article gives instructions on moving tickets between projects.

Thanks tons, Nicole! I had tried searching, but didn't come up with anything. Then when I submitted my discussion, the system did offer me this same article. Reassuring!
