Customize Priorities?
Can we customize the priorities? Normally we would be fine with high, medium, and low, but we're really trying to align with an external system that has two more priorities.
If this isn't something that can be done in the UI, can you do it manually for us?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Unfortunately you can't customize your priorities and it's not something we would do for you. It's possible the tags system or ticket state might work better for you if you need 5 priority levels.
