Want to know how to create a ticket using rest api (with api key)

Hi,
I need to know how to create a ticket using rest api. I want the curl command that uses the post so I can create a ticket using it..

   I do. But I need to know the rest api for post that uses both
   authentication on header ie. -H using curl command..
