unabale to access lighthouse from multiple IP - FORBIDDEN

Hello,

We are getting forbidden maybe a rate limit error when we try to access any lighbthouseapp page.

This occurred on two different IP addresses in two different locations, but our backup gateway IP is able to connect. Are you able to let me know what the issue is so we can resolve it, we need reliable access restored please.
