Email notifications
One of our users is not receiving any email notifications when a ticket is assigned to them or a ticket they are watching is updated. This is not across our entire organization, only one user. I am having trouble getting to the bottom of this issue. Anyone know what might be going on? I was told none of these emails are going to his Spam folder. Thanks!

See more..If you or your team would like to receive notifications on any updates made to your projects, each member would need to subscribe to that specific project's notifications in their profile settings.
To edit your settings, click on your user name in the top, right-hand side of the screen. Then go to My Subscriptions and select your projects. Hit save.
