Can we set the priority ( high , Low, urgent etc..) for a ticket

   why lighthouse is not using the priority for tickets

   Hi Madhushika,

   You need to activate "importance" in your settings. Simply go to https://ACCOUNT.lighthouseapp.com/settings, and you will see the checkbox. I've included a screenshot.
