unable to update the log in cookie log in and unable to configure
When I open JBidwatcher, it gives me the message, "You cannot update the login cookie without first entering your login information on the eBay configuration tab."
I cannot get to the screen that allows me to log into eBay.
I am running Windows 8.1. When I click on Configuration, the Configuration Manager seems to open, but only in minimized mode. See attached photo. When I click on the minimized screen, nothing happens to enlarge it.
