Sorting "shared ticket bins" puts "drag" on wrong line

Test on Firefox 30 on Linux.

My steps to reproduce:

* Click "(SORT)" next to "SHARED TICKET BINS"
* Drag icons appear on the right in order to sort the bins
* Each drag icon appears to be one line below where it should be (unexpected)
* Hovering over the drag icon causes new CSS to appear and makes the drag icon disappear (unexpected)

All this makes it very difficult to drag these around
