CHARACTER BUG

Help please. My charatcter is bugged. I learn a new profession (Archeology) but I not see profession icons in profession windows.
And I confog Always show action bars but logout and login my config is lost no show action bars.

Account name: Havens
Character name: Vallkyre (troll hunter)

Please help fast!!! Thank you!
