How do I cancel my account
Hello.
I would like to cancel my account - I am unable to see any settings
anywhere to cancel the account - please help!

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi James,
Your account was cancelled on 7/18/12 for non-payment. I've canceled the past-due invoice, so you should stop receiving any related emails.
