I did a chmod +x. Unfortunately though the comments still don't
show up. Is there a time lag?

joost baaijtag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/112312007-12-03T11:20:26Z2009-06-20T20:56:07ZSubversion post-commit does nothing

I have looked over the script multiple times but I cannot see

Can you see if the POST request is arriving at
bemba.lighthouseapp.com?

joost baaijtag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/112312007-12-03T14:17:55Z2009-06-20T20:56:07ZSubversion post-commit does nothing

I didn't see anything from your domain going to
/projects/xxxx/changesets.

Running the task with --trace should give you output. If it
doesn't, something is wrong with rake. It should at least tell you
what tasks it's going through. Can you try putting a manual puts
statement in the script? Put this underneath the END_XML line on
line 48:

puts changeset_xml

Also, underneath the 'res =' line of 58, try this:

puts res.inspect

Also, make sure 'which svnlook' gives you the right path for the
svnlook command...

Rick
