Can't assign 'Who's Responsible' any more

Yesterday I able to assign 'Who's Responsible' to any and all tickets, and now I can't. Anyone else getting the same?

It's little things like this that unfortunately make the whole service pretty much useless to use (create a load of tickets and don't assign them, then keep coming back hoping that it's fixed, then when it is, going back through them all and assigning them - better off sending people emails).

Please guys, can this be fixed and reported on a little quicker / better than

    This appeared after the most recent update (tonight it looks like), sadly it slipped by the screening because it was an update to some other minor stuff, I'm sure the attention was just focused elsewhere entirely too late at night.

    It will be fixed first thing in the morning when Rick is back at making the world a better place.
