Setting Priority Levels for Each Ticket at the Admin Level

I would like to be able to prioritize tickets for all users on my team. Can you let me know how to do this?

    Hi Kate,

    You can prioritize within milestones, using tags on the bottom, left-hand side of the ticket. Let us know if you have further questions.
