getting notified when someone updates a ticket you've created, are
responsible for or have chosen to "watch". Can you link to a ticket
where you expected to get updates and didn't? We'll take a look and
see what is happening.</p>

our mail server received a bounce when trying to deliver to your
addresses and after two attempts it deactivates the email.</p>
