[spell][rogue]Sanguinary Vein
Look guys,Sanguinary Vein should Increase the dmg of Rupture by 50% and increase the rogues dmg by 35% when he has Rupture,Garrote or Crimson Tempest on a target and if you add Glyph of Hemorrhaging Veins it works if you have Hemorrhage on the target too,and on Pandashan none of this spells triger that effect,its like the spell doesnt do anything.

So could you help all the Subtlety Rogues out there and fix this
spell. ty again
Note: The dmg 50% dmg increase of Rupture doesnt work too
