Ticket/Comment submits return shredding ninjas error page
Have had multiple co-workers encounter the shredding ninja error page when attempting to:
Post new tickets
Post comments
Edit tickets/comments
I would have added this to http://help.lighthouseapp.com/discussions/problems/26511-creating-a... but, that is not a public conversation so I could not.

We had a misbehaving server that we had to restart. Everything should be working as expected now. If not, please give us a link to the ticket/page in question and we'll take a closer look.
