Setting up a Trial Account with an existing User Profile
Hi guys...
I work with an agency that invited me to their Lighthouse account to track issues on a site we're working on together. I think it's awesome.
I want to trial it with another client, but I can't set up my own lighthouse instance, because my email address is already in use.
Is it possible to have my own lighthouse instance, as a trial without having to have a second user profile?

Hi Drew,
Yes: Lighthouse profiles are universal across all accounts. You should be able to use the same email address on any account. Let me know if you have any issues setting that up.

I was on your site and tried to sign up for a free trial using a andrewspencer.lighthouseapp.com
I used the same email address I already have on my profile and it told me I couldn't create this account because my email was already associated with another profile.

You'll need to make sure you are logged in to your existing profile before creating a new account. Sorry, should have mentioned that bit! Let me know how it goes.
