Cannot easily quote with Markdown formatting
Sometimes, I want to reply to a very large block of text. I want to quote the text and keep the original Markdown formatting when replying. I used to be able to click "edit" on someone's post, then select and copy their Markdown. After recent Lighthouse changes, edit only appears for my own posts. If I try to copy and paste the rendered HTML, I lose the Markdown formatting; sometimes causing rendering issues. It would be convenient if Lighthouse had a "reply" button next to each post that copied all text from a post (with Markdown formatting) to the reply textarea box. This is how Bugzilla works and I find it very convenient.

Jon -
We made changes recently so that only account admins are able to edit. We have some changes planned for the text field but they it is going to be a bit before deployed. It appears that there is only one project in your account, would it be possible to make you an account admin?
Thanks,
Nicole

Thanks, but this is not an option for me.

Hey Jon,
I'm afraid we won't change the current behavior, though I can see this kind of easy reply being useful, and we may implement it in the future. In the meantime, I wrote a userscript for you. You can install it with Greasemonkey in Firefox or Tampermonkey in Chrome.
It will add a reply button at the bottom of each comment that will fill the reply box (it fetches the ticket via the API to get the body of each comment).
Let me know how it goes.

Hey Jon,
Just checking up on you to see how that solution went for you?
