We need to filter our ticket list to show all tickets created before a certain date however the following query does not work -- created: "before 10/10/2013"
Any help with this is much appreciated.

Hi Julien,
Specifically we need to be able to create a search to query tickets before a certain date on our "Symmetricom Site Development" project but I've tried the same query on other projects with no luck.

Hey Tracy,
You can try
created:"before 2013-10-10"orcreated:"before Oct 10 2013".10/10/2013is ambiguous because we're not sure whether to interpret it as MM/DD or DD/MM (though in that particular case, it doesn't matter).#4 Posted by Tracy on 15 Oct, 2013 10:43 PM
