Unable to create tickets
Hi,
When I try to create a ticket, the ticket says it is created, but when I see on list of new ticket it is not on it.
Could you correct this problem?

Hi,
We'll need you to reply to this discussion from the email address that you created your Lighthouse user profile with. It needs to come from your email client, as a mail reply, not from the Web UI. Once you've done that we can verify your user profile.
