No receiving notifications

Hi Lighthouse!

I've emailed you with this same problem last week.

Some users are not getting notifications by email

Ariel Carballo

Last time Nicole told me that your out going mail server was getting bounced messages back when trying to deliver notifications to someone in our team. Is this the same problem? If it is I will speak with the person in charge of our emails so that he can try and fix this, if our domain, as Nicole also said, is blocking your emails somehow.

This is a very huge problem for us as Lighthouse is a key tool in our everyday business.

    Hi Melina,

    I've reactivated all emails It is recommended that you contact your IT department asap to whitelist or this will continue to interrupt your workflow.

    Please let us know if anyone else needs to be reactivated in the meantime.
