Cannot update tickets
Dear all,
I've been using your system now for a few months without a problem, but for some reason today I can't update tickets.
I go onto a ticket, type some text in the comments, click on update ticket and the comment appears on the ticket, but then if I come back to the ticket at some later moment (or I refresh the parge on the browser) the the comment dissapears.
I've checked with the account manager and he never changed my access rights but now gave me admin rights just in case it helps in anyway, but I can't see any difference.

I've updated your account and re-enabled posting. We recently deployed some spam countermeasures that incorrectly flagged some accounts.
