Emailing of tickets to me has stopped.
Hello:
On or about March 8, I left town and began using a laptop instead
of my desktop. So, I now collect my emails on the laptop directly
from Comcast instead of via Outlook on the desktop, which collected
them from Comcast. (The laptop does not have Outlook.) Other than
that, I know of no changes in my methods.
I received several emails of Lighthouse tickets on my laptop on Comcast on March 10, but since then, I have received none, although many have been generated and received by others. If I go directly to your site, I can see them, update them, etc.
I have looked in all spam folders that I know of, and no tickets are there.
Why don't I get emailed tickets on Comcast now?
