Customize Status - Priority

I would like to attribute a priority to our tickets, is there any way to do this?

    Mark is using tags to mark important tickets. But, we probably won't be adding a way to assign a value between 1-10 or anything like that.

    I was thinking more along the lines of having a new Status, being - Emergency or alike. So we can assign very important bugs. Right now we are assigning those bugs using Invalid so we get the red indicator.

    I know Rick already mentioned it, but I've been using the tags heavily and love the result. I use "high", "medium", "low", and "500" as a way to mark important tickets. (You could easily use "Emergency" or "911" or "Urgent" or something along those lines)

    Those tags paired with the Saved Searches (or "bins") have really helped me when trying to churn through my lists and make decisions about which tickets deserve priority.

    I know it doesn't give ya the red color...but it's a good way to get the main functionality you're looking for.
