Canot assign new tickets to a milestone all of whose bugs have gotten closed?
Canot assign new tickets to a milestone all of whose bugs have gotten closed?
The milestone still exists, has a future end-date etc. I want to be able to assign more bugs associated with this milestone?

Resolved it by not making the milestone end on Jan 19... err. I think I may have set the date to 2007 ? Well that itself shouldn't have been allowed?
Either way fixed it!

If the milestone is closed and completed then no, you cannot assign tickets to it.
