resolved tickets show up as "new"
Hello -
i got quite a lot of resolved tickets in my dashboard that show up as "new" -
not cool

The dashboard is a history of what has been occurring in your account or projects. It doesn't necessarily reflect the actual state of a ticket as you scroll down.
Can you post a link to a screenshot?

We had a brief outing with our email system yesterday, I wasn't sure if you received my initial response. Are you still receiving only new tickets in your dashboard?
