Shared ticket bin not resolving "responsible:me" correctly for ticket count.

I've created a shared ticket bin called "My Open Tickets" with this query:

responsible:me state:open

When clicked by anybody working on my project, they are brought to a page listing all of their open tickets. BUT, in the sidebar under the Shared Ticket Bins heading, the ticket count next to "My Open Tickets" shows the ticket count for my user, not theirs.

It took us a while to figure this out. Thanks for listening!

Thanks for the detailed report of this bug. It's a known issue but hard to solve due to the way counter caches are stored.

We went through a few different caching scenarios for this and settled on one that works and treats the database nicely. You shouldn't be seeing this problem anymore.

    Wonderful! Thank you!

BTW, we're loving lighthouse. It's so much less cumbersome than the previous issue tracking solutions we've tried. Awesome.
