Unfortunately the discussion you linked to offers a solution to
update tickets.

I am talking about comments under the tickets. To me it seems
that the ticket API does not have an endpoint for managing Ticket
comments.

Antti Vähäkotamäkitag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/61638612011-03-22T15:49:49Z2011-03-22T15:49:49ZTicket comments through API

Actually you were correct and the ticket you linked to does
affect the portion of the system that I am referring to. The
terminology here is just confusing as It seems that in your
terminology the comments attached to tickets are in fact new
versions of the ticket with a possible comment attached - not
"comments" at all.

This data layout is kind of hard to figure out while reading the
API documentation as it does not give any example of the contents
of the old versions.

Would it be possible to add some example content information for
"versions > version" elements to the "Get Ticket" API
definition?

Also would it be possible to add to the API documentation the
answer you can find under the discussion you linked to? It now
lacks "Update Ticket Version" -paragraph completely.

Antti Vähäkotamäki
