Custom Ticket Statuses

Is there a way to create a custom ticket statuses in Lighthouse?

We'd like a workflow with our client that looks like this:

1) Ticket created by client -> 'new' state
2) Developer takes ticket -> 'open' state
3) Developer fixes ticket (and pushes to staging) -> 'resolved' state, assign to client
4) We verify fix -> 'closed' state

  1. Can I customize ticket states?

    Lighthouse has a series of ticket states which are available by default when a new project is created. This so you can get on the ground running when you start creating tickets.

    By default, ticket states are split between two categories:

    1. Open
      • New
      • Open
    2. Closed
      • Hold
      • Invalid

    You can edit these ticket states to fit your workflow within the open and closed categories.
