View your previously visited tickets
I don't have it accessible through the interface yet, but you can view a list of your previously visited tickets using Ctrl+g. I'll make sure this is clearly available in the interface soon.
This is great when your viewing/creating a ticket and want to
reference another one...but, like me, you've probably already
forgot the ticket # by the time your looking at another
ticket.
Some other things I'll be adding in real soon is a way to get back to search results or a Milestone. For instance, if you perform a search and view a ticket, and keep clicking around, there is no way to easily get back to those search results. Crazy, I know!

What do you think about also showing the project name that each ticket belongs to in this view?

It's mean to be quick, not comprehensive. But, can give me a use case where the project name being there will help?

A great addition to this functionality would be a way to quickly jump to a ticket #. Even just adding a text field for that into the ctrl+g window would be perfect.
