Square root symbol != tick

LH seems to mark closed ticket states with a square root symbol (√), where it should be using a tick (✓). Could we see to fixing this? It bugs me.

   James -

   Can you link to the ticket where you saw this behavior? Do you know if the symbol was used in an email response or web response? I've never heard of this ever closing a ticket either way, so definitely want to check this out.

   Hi Nicole,

   It's on lists of tickets next to the state of the ticket when the state is a closed state.

   Oh, okay, I misread and thought you were saying the use of the symbol in a comment was closing the ticket. I'll make a development ticket and see if there was any reason one was used over the other in design. If/when we change it and deploy we'll update this discussion.
