Roles so others on project can share certain rights.
I may be missing something. For example, as an Account Owner, I get the Create New Page option, but the others on the project do not seem to have that option. Is that capability locked down to the Account Owner?

You are correct, but we'll be adding editing capability to project pages for Project Members. The main difference between an Account Member and a Project Member is access to the global account and every project. This was just an oversight on our part.
