An option to deactivate the reply/send ticket via email (at bozzio)'s Avatar (at bozzio)

At our company when somebody is in holidays we have he has a automatic reply mail. So if a ticket is updated a mail is send to them and the reply is added to the ticket (not nice), much worse is when two pesons are away then the system gets into an endless loop(very bad).

An option to deactivate the reply/send ticket via email would help us a lot. (I hope this option doesn't exists already and i haven't found it)

The only thing I can think of that would be a possible fix is to turn off notifications for the user, but each user would be responsible to do that on their own user profile when they went on holiday, if that makes sense.

Otherwise, there is no global way for you to turn notifications off on Lighthouse.
