IMPROVEMENTS TO DISPLAY OF PRIORITIES IN THE TICKETS LIST

In the tickets list, one may sort by each column; e.g. by 'Assigned to'. this is useful; however, the display of Priorities is not good for these reasons:

1 There is no header saying 'Priority'; took me a while to realise that's what teh spots in teh first column are;
2 As a consequence of #1, it is not possible to order by priority, which would surely be an important way to order the list;
3 The colours for the priorities (grey for low, black for medium and drak green for high) are counter intuitive, and there is little colour contrast between the black and dark green.

I suggest that these changes be made:

1 Add a header to the priorities column
2 Allow sorting by priority
3 Change the colours used for priorities; perhaps a 'traffic light' system (red for high, amber for medium and (brighter) green for low) might be better?

    Thanks for the suggestions. We have several UI changes we're working on right now and ticket display is one of them. We hope to role these out over the next several months. You can follow us on Twitter (@lighthouseapp) or on our blog for announcements.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
