Creating a project structure
Just as a thought - a lot of projects aren't one product - a lot of them are broken into sub products and in turn each one of those may have sub products. Would it be possible to have a structure of categories which represented the structure of the project and allow people to comment on a particular node. So, rather than having a long list of every ticket, I could go into my project and navigate to a specific product and add a ticket to that product.
For example, for a building project:
Building
Walls
Bricks
Windows
*Ticket - there is something wrong with the windows
Floors
Foundations
Roof

Thanks for the suggestion. Lighthouse was meant to be as flexible to a users needs as possible, but unfortunately we don't really support the idea of nested/dependent tickets or projects.
There are ways you could do this with tags and ticket bins, but this relies on everyone in your organization tagging the tickets correctly.
