Default links in the ticket body to target="_blank"
Guys, this is one of my biggest peeves: links in a ticket take over the current tab. It just seems ungainly to always have to right-click to get this behavior.
I know that I might not represent everyone of your users, but if it could be an account-level setting, I'd love that.
Thanks,
- Nelz

Hey Nelz. Thanks for the feedback and I'll queue up your suggestion. We've tried both ways and both are met with some resistance, but forcing a new tab definitely came with a stronger disapproval. I use a shortcut key + click to open links in new tabs as I have many windows open at once. Making that an optional user setting would indeed solve the problem for those who want it one way but are met with resistance of others who want the other.
