Creating a ticket on behalf of a member
I have clients who both use my lighthouse dashboard as well as email me on the road. I would like to be able to create issues on behalf of members so that I can see in the ticket stream who originally requested the ticket even though I add it in.
Possible?

Hey Allistair. I'm sorry, that's not possible to do. It sounds like more of a customer support style workflow than a development or specific ticket tracker. I guess Lighthouse just isn't really designed to work that way. It doesn't really have any focus on who made the ticket, just what the title/contents/milestone are and who is watching/involved with it.
