Email notifications - daily digest instead of an endless message stream
Could you implement a feature that would allow users to opt for daily digests that would include all changes made to tickets they're watching?

We don't have anything right now for that, but there is a script that would do it for you if have any abilities in that area - https://github.com/Caged/lighthouse-digest.
I've started a developer ticket to see if it's a feature we would want to incorporate into Lighthouse proper, but it's likely several months out before we'd be putting anything in place in any case.
