Add a way to +1 a ticket

I notice a lot of "+1" and "me too" spam. It'd be nice to simply have a button a user could press to simply vote for a ticket, and have that vote be a separate field in the issue -- not part of the comments, as it is now.

"+1" and the like add little to real discussions, and just drown out actual meaningful comments. However, I'd also like a way to know if this ticket is affecting one user, or one thousand. Support sites like User Voice and Get Satisfaction offer this feature to great effect.

    Hi Matt,

Voting or other similar crowd-consensus tools are things we have been thinking about, and a use case for "i see this bug too" for Lighthouse is certainly something we've thought about. We're cooking up a bunch of new work on Lighthouse, and this is not on that list right now, but thanks for the suggestion! We will definitely take it into account when we talk about some new functionality.

    Thanks!
    Tim
