Ticket Emails should contain New/Updated status information in subject

While looking at my email inbox it's hard to visualize whether a ticket was something added or whether it was something responded to, i think it would make alot of sense if it included some way to convey that in the subject. Perhaps like [new] or [replied] at the end of the subject.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I don't think tracking this level of meta information about the ticket is something we'll be adding in the foreseeable future, but I've added it to our request list.
