While Markdown provides some basic formatting, something like a simple editor toolbar to go along with the easy-to-use UI of Lighthouse seems appropriate. The Markdown style of formatting can be a mystery and a hassle to the growing population of non-technical people using Lighthouse. Things like bold, italic, underline, and size would certainly go a long way.

I also noticed the font style used when entering a ticket (Description) or page (Body) is different than the rest of the style sheet.

Hey John. Thanks for the feedback. It's unlikely that we'll add an editor into the LH ticket UI though. We do have a lot of updates coming up though, so I'll bring it up with the team.

Thanks. It's not a huge item, but basic formatting things like bold, italics, and sizes would be nice. Non-technical users will not use Markdown, which defeats the goal of a simple ticketing solution.
