Hey Anthony. I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to point out. Include which link in the email?

    Hey Will,
So when I view a ticket, there's an e-mail link on the side of the page saying "you can update this ticket by sending an e-mail to ...." with an e-mail provided.
I think this e-mail address should be provided to the user in every e-mail they receive about a ticket, so theoretically they could manage lighthouse tickets from their Inbox without having to load the site (at least as far as the e-mail updating goes. I'm assuming this is set a comment, maybe change status if you mark the subject or something).

Oh, my bad. Dumb mistake - I assumed the "Lighthouse" name for the sender meant the message came from a central robot -- this is actually the e-mail link I was looking for.

Sorry about that! Thanks for your time :)

I wouldn't thing that you actually need the link/address listed in each email. All you need to do is hit reply, and it will go back to that ticket. Those addresses are unique to each Lighthouse ticket that they came from, so when you respond via email it's added to the ticket.

There is a global address in the tickets listing if you want to have a generic email to send in to Lighthouse.

Ah. I see you found it. Thats cool. Let me know if you have any further questions.
