<p>If you can explain further how a WYSIWG editor would help you categorize your tickets we will be better able to help you achieve your intended goal. We do have preview on ticket creation as well as instructions for <a href="http://help.lighthouseapp.com/faqs/getting-started/how-do-i-format-text">formatting text</a> for Markdown.</p>

<p>For complicated tasks it would help if I could build lists add bold and italics put line breaks in and change font colors.</p>
<p>For more complicated tickets I feel this would help the assignee understand it better.</p>

<p>We've considered WYSISWG editors in the past and may implement one in the future but it's not high on our list of priorities. Everything you've listed, with the exception of font color changes, can be done with Markdown and there is good online documentation to be found outside of our article.</p>
