Allow mapping of "friendly" email addresses to new ticket email address

Tender support allows you to map a friendly email address such as [email blocked] to the obscure default address that is used to open discussions.

It would be great if Lighthouse offered a similar feature for the email addresses used to start new tickets in a project, so one could map a more friendly new ticket address to the default one.

    Jim -

    It's something a few people have requested and it's possible we'll end up offering it in the future, but it's not currently a high priority item on the list. We have A LOT of development on Lighthouse going on behind the scenes right now for our next version. When we finish up with that we'll be going back and polishing and revising current features.
